Mamma Mia, what a lasagna...

Whether it’s lunch or dinner, we’ve got a great option for you!

A delicious lasagna made with our pomodoro sauce and shredded chicken.

This recipe will fill your home with flavor and smiles. All with the homemade taste and love in every protein from Lalena’s Food.

To prepare it, you’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon of salt (approx. 30 g)

  • 9 sheets of raw lasagna (approx. 1 lb / 450 g)

  • 2 ½ cups of cream cheese (approx. ½ lb / 250 g)

  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese (approx. ½ lb / 250 g)

  • 3 cups of Lalena’s Food pomodoro sauce with chicken (approx. ¾ lb / 360 g)

Preparation:

  1. First, boil salted water in a large pot.

  2. Then, cook the lasagna sheets for 4 to 6 minutes. Once done, drain slightly and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.

  3. Next, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) while you continue with the following steps.

  4. In a baking dish, drizzle a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and spread it across the surface.

  5. Add a bit of pomodoro sauce with chicken to the base and start layering the lasagna.

  6. Add a layer of cream cheese, then more pomodoro sauce with chicken. (Repeat these steps two more times.)

  7. Finally, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 25 minutes.

  8. When done, remove from the oven, let it cool a bit, and enjoy!
