For lunch or dinner we have an excellent option for you...
A delicious lasagna made with our pomodoro sauce and chicken.
This recipe will fill your home with flavor and smiles. All with the homemade flavor and love in each protein from Lalena's Food.
To prepare it you will only need:
- 1 tablespoon of salt (approx. 30 g)
- 9 uncooked lasagna sheets 1 lb (approx. 450 g)
- 2 1/2 cups of cheese cream 1/2 lb (approx. 250 g)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1/2 lb (250 g approx.)
- 3 cups of Lalena's Food chicken pomodoro sauce 3/4 lb (360 g approx.)
Preparation
- The first thing you should do is boil salted water in a large pot .
- Next, cook the lasagna for 4 to 6 minutes. Once the previous step is finished, drain a little and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.
- After, Go to the oven and preheat to 180ºC . You will let it heat up while you complete the other steps.
- Place a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on a baking tray and spread it over the entire surface.
- Then place a little of the pomodoro sauce with chicken on the base and begin assembling by placing a layer of lasagna.
- Place a layer of cream cheese and on top of it place more pomodoro sauce with chicken (Repeat these steps 2 more times)
- Finally, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 25 minutes .
- Finally, remove, let it cool and that's it:
