Italian Shredded Beef Sandwich

Today I want to share with you this exquisite recipe for a traditional Chilean sandwich that you will love. Wasn't Chilean Italian? Well, that's what they call it in the southern country because of the ingredients that emulate the colors of the flag of the country of the boot.

It is very easy to prepare and the best thing is that it will only take you 10 minutes to prepare and enjoy.

The ingredients you need to taste this delicacy are:

• Shredded Beef from Lalena's Food
• Brioche bread
• 1 Avocado
• 1 Tomato
• Mayonnaise
• ½ Lemon
• Olive oil
• Salt and Pepper

To prepare this sandwich we will start by heating the shredded beef for 3 minutes (Depending on the power of your microwave, increase by 30 seconds.)

In a bowl, place the avocado, add a splash of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, and salt and pepper to taste. Using a fork, mash until it becomes a paste (a hand blender also works).

Then we will cut the tomato into slices and open the bread that you can toast for a few seconds on a grill.

To assemble, place the shredded meat inside the bread, some tomato slices and the avocado mixture that we just made. To finish, add mayonnaise to taste and the top of the bread. All that's left to do is enjoy this simple but flavorful delight.
